I’m an older guy and have done many things in my life. I’ve had several enjoyable careers. And as such, I’ve been privileged to know a lot of good people along the way. However, Ryan, Sophia and Ben standout as exceptional people. Their integrity, credibility and desire to help is second to none. Ryan’s YouTube videos are some of the best instructional pieces I’ve ever seen. He clearly knows what he’s doing and has the ability to convey that to others around him. I always have an outstanding experience with them. Inevitably, I will depart their presence with my truck running better and I possess more knowledge about my truck than when I arrived. I highly recommend them. High integrity people like these always provide high integrity goods and services.

Came here yesterday to purchase an Egr cooler They have really good prices. I spoke to Sophia on the phone before coming and I was met with her amazing customer service skills. This is one of those places you wanna keep to yourself lol but I will definitely tell everyone. I also interrupted Ryan while he was working to ask him some general truck questions and he gave me his time. Thanks both of you, I will definitely be back

Best place ever. Sophia and Ryan are the best. Very knowledgeable and polite people. 2 dealerships couldn't diagnose what's wrong with my truck. Ryan and Sophia knew right away, had the parts on site, repair was very fast and not expensive. From now on my place to go. Thank you.

If I could give DPF Discounters 10 stars I would, because honestly the quality of work they provide is outstanding. When you come here you have the peace of mind knowing that your truck will be well taken care of. Sofia and Ryan are great to work with and will go out of their way and go the extra mile for you to know and understand everything that is going on with your truck and they will work with warranty and do everything they can for you. My truck gave me a dpf fault while I was in Texas and I drove all the way to Canton Ohio to DPF Discounters because I trust the quality of work at this shop because of the reviews they have from previous customers and because a friend of mine has been here before and spoke very highly about this shop. I also now highly recommend any trucker do what they can to come to this shop you won’t regret it. If I ever have another DPF issue my goal is to make it to DPF discounters. Thank you guys for your excellent service, hard work, dedication, and most importantly your honesty. I wish more truck shops had the quality of work, value, and dedication that DPF Discounters has. I also want to mention that Sofia and Ryan are so kind that they gifted me a t

WOW, just WOW. Price, service, and response were exceptional! I'm here in Kansas City and wished I lived closer to their shop. Ryan and his crew would get all of my business. In the meantime, I'm ordering from DPF Discounter. Sophia was absolutely exceptional with her knowledge and recommendation for my DPF filter. I was crunched for a timely delivery, and she was super helpful. She actually saved me a lot off of my shipping cost! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
